Philips WiFi alarm clock - WAK3300

This is kind of cool. There seems to be very little information about it out just yet. It is suppose to fit in with the Streamium line of connected devices and what Philips calls its "Connected Planet" vision.
So I'd have to assume it is a UPnP / DLNA device.
Will it just be a device to connect to your Music server (Philips media server, MediaConnects PC etc..) Or will service be able to control it and it be able to control other devices.
Could be fun.....
